French toast with peanut butter and jelly
If you have never tried this flavor combination, we encourage you to do so! Americans are experts in this type of sandwich, often preparing it as a mid-morning snack or afternoon treat. However, we have given it a twist by making it into French toast. If you don't know what that is, it is quite similar to our torrijas :) Are you in?

In a bowl, mix the milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
Take 2 slices of brioche. Spread peanut butter on one slice and berry jam on the other.
Close the sandwich and dip it into the milk and egg mixture.
Melt some butter in a hot pan. Cook the sandwich over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy! You can add some ice cream on top for a delicious snack.
Observations
You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top if desired.
