French toast rolls with pesto
The quick recipe you needed today ! Full of flavours, you'll love it :D
Preparation
- Spread some pesto on each sandwich bread slice. Cover with grated parmesan. Roll the slice (or fold in 3).
- Mix the egg + milk + salt + pepper.
- Dip the rolls in the batter.
- Preheat a pan on a medium heat. Pour a drizzle of olive oil in it.
- Cook the rolls during 5 minutes on each side.
- Remove frome heat and sprinkle some grated parmesan on top ! And that's all, enjoy :D
