Spread pesto over the entire surface of the bread. Top with grated parmesan (about 1 tbsp). Fold the bread slice into thirds.
Mix the egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
Dip the rolled slices in the egg and milk mixture.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
Cook the soaked rolls in the pan for 5 minutes on each side, monitoring the cooking.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated parmesan. It's ready!
