- Mix the eggs, cream, milk, vanilla, and brown sugar. Pour half of the mixture into the baking dish.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) with the fan on. Fold the sandwich bread slices in half and arrange them side by side in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining mixture over the bread. Sprinkle with pink pralines (you can also add more brown sugar on top).
- If your bread is dry, let it soak in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
➤ You can prepare this recipe the day before and let it rest overnight in the fridge wrapped in plastic wrap. - If using fresh bread: place directly in the preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy!
