5 slices of sandwich bread
2 eggs
2/3 cup of cream
2/3 cup of milk
1 big tablespoon of brown sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 Tbsp of pink pralines

Mix the eggs, cream, milk, vanilla, and brown sugar. Pour half of the mixture into the baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) with the fan on. Fold the sandwich bread slices in half and arrange them side by side in the baking dish.
Pour the remaining mixture over the bread. Sprinkle with pink pralines (you can also add more brown sugar on top).
If your bread is dry, let it soak in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

➤ You can prepare this recipe the day before and let it rest overnight in the fridge wrapped in plastic wrap.
If using fresh bread: place directly in the preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes.
