Baked Tuna Macaroni
Since it was a weekend, my family is craving for baked macaroni. What kind? That was the questions. After much discussion, baked tuna macaroni won. So, this was what's for dinner last night. Ingredients: 1/2 kg macaroni 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 can cream of mushroom sauce 1 can evaporated milk 2 bell peppers, cubed or chopped 1 can mushrooms, sliced 2 cans tuna flakes in water, drained 1 medium onion, chopped salt and pepper grated cheese Directions: 1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. 2. Pour melted butter on cooked macaroni. Toss. Set aside. 3. Mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, bell peppers, mushrooms, tuna, onion, salt and pepper. 4. Add macaroni. 5. Toss. Make sure all macaroni are coated with the milk mixture. 6. Pour in baking pan. 7. Top with grated cheese. 8. Bake in a preheated 400 deg oven for 15-20 minutes. 9. Let Set for at least 10 minutes before serving. 10. Serve and Enjoy! related searches : Baked
