Cook spaghetti, following the time indicated on the package.
Grill Pancetta, then cut it in little pieces
In a bowl, beat together the eggs, the Pecorino cheese, and 2 tablespoon of the water in which the pasta are being cooked. The mix has to swell a little bit.
Once the spaghetti are cooked, quickly mix them with Pancetta and the egg mix, to serve immediatly.
