A really simple recipe, and you only need 2 basic ingredients to start : cream and tuna ! Then, add what you want to improve your paté, and spread it on grilled toast or inside cherry tomatoes !

Ingredients

• 7 ounces canned tuna
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 3 Tbsp cream (or cream cheese)
• chopped chives
• salt
• pepper

Preparation

• Put all ingredients in a bowl.
• Mix well
• Spread on grilled toasts, and sprinkle some chives on it ! There you are !
