1 can tuna
125 gr grated cheese
80 gr flour
5 gr baking powder
3 eggs
20 cl milk
10 cl olive oil
Salt
Pepper

1 cake mold ( 22x11 cm)

Cook time40 min

Preheat you oven to 350°F (180°C).
Beat the eggs in omelette. Add the flour and the baking powder and mix well. Then add the milk and the olive oil.
Drain and crumble the tuna and add it to the batter with the grated cheese. Season to taste.
Pour the batter in a greased mold and bake during 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
