Tuna cake

Ingredients

• 1 can tuna
• 125 gr grated cheese
• 80 gr flour
• 5 gr baking powder
• 3 eggs
• 20 cl milk
• 10 cl olive oil
• Salt
• Pepper

Materials

• 1 cake mold ( 22x11 cm)

Preparation

• Preheat you oven to 350°F (180°C).
  Beat the eggs in omelette. Add the flour and the baking powder and mix well. Then add the milk and the olive oil.
• Drain and crumble the tuna and add it to the batter with the grated cheese. Season to taste.
  
• Pour the batter in a greased mold and bake during 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
• There you are ! Your tuna cake is ready !
