Ingredients

• 1 can of tuna (180 g drained)
• 125 g grated cheese
• 80 g flour
• 5 g baking powder
• 3 eggs
• 20 cl milk
• 10 cl olive oil
• Salt
• Pepper

Materials

• 1 cake mold (22x11 cm)

Preparation

• Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  Beat the eggs. Add the flour and baking powder and mix well. Then incorporate the milk and olive oil.
• Drain and crumble the tuna, then add it to the batter along with the grated cheese. Season to taste.
• Pour the batter into a greased cake mold and bake for 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
• There you are! Your tuna cake is ready!
