Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
A bowl of eggs,

A bowl of sugar,

Half a bowl of coconut milk/

soya milk/water

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

pinch of salt

Preparation

  • Beat the eggs and sugar till double. Add in half of the flour and liquid, mix well.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and blend well.
  • Lay grease proove paper on a nine inch round baking pan, pour the mixture into the pan and steam for twenty minutes.
