Ingredients

• 15 oz container of full fat ricotta cheese
• 8 oz Carnation skimmed milk powder
• 8 oz granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup ghee
• A pinch of cardamom
• slivered almonds, pistachios

Preparation

• Mix all the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.
• Cook for 3 minutes.
• Stir and cook for 3 more minutes.
• At this time, you will see that there is much less water content remaining in the mixture.
• Depending on the water content and the capacity of the microwave you need to adjust the time to cook.
• Once a solid mass forms, pour and spread in a well greased plate.
