Berenjenas Asadas con Tehina - Baba Ghanoush - ???? ????

1 o 2 berenjenas (500 gr.)
¼ de taza de tehina bruta
3 dientes de ajo picados finamente
¼ de taza de jugo de limón
Sal a gusto
1 cucharada de perejil finamente picado
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva virgen
Como
A) Cocine las berenjenas en el horno aproximadamente por 40?, hasta que ablanden. Déjelas entibiar y tan pronto pueda saque la carne de la berenjena y déjela estilar en un cedazo, para eliminar el jugo amargo propio de la berenjena.
B) Muela las berenjenas en un bol y agréguele la tehina, los ajos picados, el jugo de limón y revuelva. Añada sal, perejil picado y el aceite de oliva; Revuelva y pruebe, ajustando la sal a su gusto. Sirva a temperatura ambiente o fría.
