![]() Bharwan Bhindi Ingredients Ladies Finger (Small) - 50 gms ?Ajwain - 5 gms ?Garam masala powder - 10 gms ?Red chilli powder - 20 gms ?Aamchur powder - 15 gms ? Salt - 10 gms ? Chaat masala powder - 10 gms ? Besan (gram flour) - 25 gms ?Onion (sliced) - 100 gms ?Tomato (sliced) - 50 gms ?Turmeric powder - 5 gms ?Ginger-garlic paste - 20 gms ? Cumin seeds (jeera )- 10 gms ?Oil - 15 ml Method Wash and wipe ladies fingers and slit in the centre. Mix other ingredients (from ajwain to besan) into a paste and stuff inside slit ladies fingers. Heat oil and add cumin seeds. When they crackle, add sliced onion and fry till golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste. When the oil comes out, add a little masala powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Toss in stuffed ladies fingers, cover and cook. Don't stir much, the stuffing might come out.
