Great breakfasts!
Egg toast!
I scrambled the egg...
cos the egg white was not cooked even on high heat for 10 mins!


Look at the runny egg~~~


lao gong will clear up all the half cooked egg first!



Then eat up the bread slowly...
ENJOY~~~

I myself did not eat it...so cant enjoy~~~
my standard breakfast is kiwis + No sugar soya bean, almond or oats milk





Next up~~
very convenient to make early in the morning~~
Baked prata..

just take it out from the freezer...
thaw awhile and pop into the oven...


Very flaky and crisPY!
