Ingredients

Number of serving: 1
Shallots - 10

Green chillies - 5

Tamarind pulp - 1 1/2 tbsp

Coconut oil - 1 1/2 tbsp

Salt as required

Preparation

  • Peel the shallots skin.
  • Grind together shallots,green chillies,tamarind pulp and salt together in a blender.
  • Pour coconut oil to the ground chutney and mix it well.
  • Serve with cooked tapioca,dosa,idli.
