Chicken in Honey Mustard Sauce

I always say that these days are great, but only if you are a kid. Every year I say to myself that I will make time for me, so as to enjoy these days and every year I am up to the neck at work and at home. Anyway, this is a very easy recipe, ideal for hectic days like these. The only thing that needs to be done is, to marinate it for at least 6 hours up to 24. I learned this recipe from a woman I had as a housekeeper. I do not know the origins of this recipe, she didn't know either.

Chicken in Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
700 gr. Chicken breasts no skin, no bones
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup whole grain mustard
1/2 cup honey

Instructions
At least 6 hours before cooking, mix the two types of mustard and the honey. Cut the chicken breasts length wise so as to have two thinner pieces for every piece of chicken. Put the chicken pieces and the mixture of mustard and honey in a storage box made out of glass and keep them in the fridge. When you are ready to cook them, take a large skillet, put it on the stove at high heat throw the chicken as well as the marinate. When it starts to bubble, lower heat to medium. Cook until marinate is absorbed and chicken becomes golden. Serve with rice or salad or as I did with arabic pitas.
