Roasted chicken with mustard and herbes de provence
A classic Sunday family dish, the whole chicken is a must! Here, we cook it with a mustard crust and Herbes de Provence to add even more flavor. Place the chicken in the baking dish and coat it well with mustard.
Sprinkle everything with Herbes de Provence.
Bake for 80 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

Observations
Cooking: The cooking will be similar to a braising method with the layer of mustard. The meat is more tender and juicy, and the mustard is much less pungent.
The chicken: It is best to choose a red-label chicken for better flavor.
