Ingredients
Chicken breast (cubed)-500gm
Ginger-Garlic paste-4tbsp
Yoghurt (curd)-1/4cup
Kashmiri Chilly powder-2tsp
Cumin (jeera) powder-1tsp
Coriander powder-2tsp
Garam masala-1tsp
Lemon Juice-1tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to brush.
Method
Take a bowl combine the above said ingredients (except chicken and oil) to smooth paste. Marinade the chicken pieces in this mixture for atleast 4 hours. Cook the chicken pieces on a oven/grill or on a hot Tawa/Pan for 15 mins, turn the pieces once in a while and brush the pieces with oil. Cook on all sides until well roasted and cooked through. Serve Hot with Mint Chutney.
