Chocolate Orange Muffins

Delicious choc orange muffins that remind me of the Jaffas we used to eat at the movies when we were kids. I found the basis for this recipe on the blogosphere and changed it to my liking. So if you don't find it sweet enough use dark chocolate or add more sugar.

Ingredients:
2 cups self raising flour
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup caster sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup fresh orange juice (approx. 2 oranges)
1/2 cup full cream milk
1/3 cup canola oil
1 large egg
1 tsp grated orange peel (don't skimp)

Method:
Preheat fan forced oven to 160Line 12 hole muffin tray with papersMix dry ingredients togetherMix other ingredients together in a jugPour wet ingredients into dry and mix until just combinedSpoon into muffin casesBake for 20 minutes
