- Line the pan with the pie crust and sting it with a fork. Bake 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- Mix eggs + sugar + corn starch in a pan. Add one orange juice and the peel of one of them. Mix well; then thicken it on medium heat, constantly stiring with a whisker.
- Once the curd has gotten thick enough, take it out of the heat, and all the butter. Mix until it has all melted, and add the last orange juice.
- Pour this custard on top of the pie crust, and leave it 1 hour in the fridge at least.
- You can decorate your orange pie with orange slices !
