Line the pie dish with the pie crust and prick it with a fork. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
In a saucepan, mix the eggs, sugar, and corn starch. Add the juice and zest of one orange. Thicken over medium heat, whisking constantly.
Once the curd has thickened, remove the saucepan from the heat and gradually incorporate the butter, then add the juice of one orange.
Mix well and pour the orange curd into the pie crust. Smooth the surface and refrigerate the tart for at least 1 hour.
It's ready! You can decorate your orange tart with orange slices and orange blossoms.
