If you love orange flavor, this recipe is for you! Make a homemade orange curd and combine it with a pie crust for the perfect dessert!

Ingredients

• 1 pie crust
• 5 eggs
• 120 g sugar
• 15 g corn starch
• 2 organic oranges (for zest)
• 120 g softened butter

Materials

• pie dish, mixing bowl, whisk, saucepan

Preparation

• Line the pie dish with the pie crust and prick it with a fork. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
• In a saucepan, mix the eggs, sugar, and corn starch. Add the juice and zest of one orange. Thicken over medium heat, whisking constantly.
  
• Once the curd has thickened, remove the saucepan from the heat and gradually incorporate the butter, then add the juice of one orange.
• Mix well and pour the orange curd into the pie crust. Smooth the surface and refrigerate the tart for at least 1 hour.
  
• It's ready! You can decorate your orange tart with orange slices and orange blossoms.
