A simple and great dessert, chocolate lovers this is for you !

Ingredients

• 1 shortbread pastry
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup cream
• 9 ounces chocolate

Preparation

• Precook the pastry at 360°F for 10 minutes.
• Mix the egg with the sugar
• In a pot, make the chocolate melt in the cream, and mix well.
• Add it to the previous mix.
• Pour the batter into the precooked pastry, and bake 20 minutes at 300°F
• There you are, your chocolate tart is ready !
