Put the pie crust in the mould, and bake it for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Peel and slice the bananas.
Once the crust has cooled down, arrange the banana slices in the bottom.
Put the cream to boil. In a bowl, put the chocolate and the sugar. Pour the boiling cream on it, and stir until the chocolate has completely melted down.
Melt the butter and add it to the mix.
Immediatly pour this ganache on the bananes. Spread it by moving your tart around. Put in the fridge for 1 hour.
Arrange bananas on the top to decorate.
There you are, your chocolate banana tart is ready!
