Place the pie crust in the pie pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Peel and slice the bananas.
Once the crust has cooled, arrange the banana slices in the bottom.
Bring the cream to a boil. In a bowl, combine the chocolate and sugar. Pour the boiling cream over it and stir until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Melt the butter and add it to the mixture.
Immediately pour the ganache over the bananas. Rotate the tart to spread the ganache evenly. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Arrange bananas on top to decorate; let your creative spirit shine! :)
