Club Penguin Birthday Cake

My little baby turned 11 yesterday. Okay so she ain't a little baby no more but she will always be to me, (which will be extremely annoying for her when she grows up into adulthood and wants to go out and have a boyfriend). Ughh, I cringe at the thought ;) Anyway every year I make the girls birthday cakes, oh and hubby's as well. I let them pick out a theme and then I go for it. This is my daughters pick, a Club Penguin cake. For those of you who are wondering what in the heck is Club Penguin, well it is a virtual online world published by Disney that has games and activities for their child members. There is also books, games and toys for sale at most larger stores. Here is the website: http://www.clubpenguin.com/ . My daughter is crazy for them, hence the decision for the cake. Anyway the cake I used was my white chocolate mud cake recipe and I stirred in some rolos (soft caramel filled chocolates). The cake was covered with fondant and all decoration were made with sugar modelling dough and fondant by my own two hands. Everything is edible.
