. 6 Bread Slices

. Cottage Cheese(Paneer)

. 1 Finely Chopped Capsicum

. 1 teaspoon Finely Chopped Ginger

. 2 Finely Chopped Green Chillies

. 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder

. 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilly Powder

. Salt To Taste

. Paste of All Purpose Flour and Water to seal the bread

. Oil For Deep Fry


  • Cut the edges of bread slice from all sides.
  • Steam the bread slices either in microwave or on cook-top.
  • Flatten the steamed bread slice with roller.
  • Stuffing: Mash cottage cheese with fingers, mix all the other ingredients together.
  • Place the stuffing in the center of the flatten bread slice.
  • Fold the bread. Seal it with flour and water paste.
  • Seal it with sides also. Heat the oil and deep fry the rolls.
  • Serve hot with tomato and green chutney.
