½ c All purpose flour

¼ c Sugar

¼ c Water

¼ tsp Baking powder

¼ tsp Vanilla essence

1 pkt Whipped cream powder

1 pkt Caramel powder

¼ c Cold milk

1 tbsp Grated chocolate

¼ tsp vanilla essence


  • In a bowl beat eggs and sugar till creamy and fluffy.
  • Mix flour amd baking powder to this mixture and mix with a metal spoon slowly.
  • Add the water slowly and mix. Grease a flat baking tray or line with parchment paper.
  • Pour the batter to the tray. Preheat the oven at 180 degree C for 15 mins.
  • Bake this at 165 degree C for 8 to 10 mins or till light brown shade appears.
  • Allow it to cool. In a bowl beat the caramel powder,whipcream powder and cold milk with vanilla essence till fluffy.
  • Turn over the sponge cake and apply the cream and slowly fold the cake to form a log.
  • Grate some chocolate over it. Cut into pieces and serve.
