- In a bowl beat eggs and sugar till creamy and fluffy.
- Mix flour amd baking powder to this mixture and mix with a metal spoon slowly.
- Add the water slowly and mix. Grease a flat baking tray or line with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter to the tray. Preheat the oven at 180 degree C for 15 mins.
- Bake this at 165 degree C for 8 to 10 mins or till light brown shade appears.
- Allow it to cool. In a bowl beat the caramel powder,whipcream powder and cold milk with vanilla essence till fluffy.
- Turn over the sponge cake and apply the cream and slowly fold the cake to form a log.
- Grate some chocolate over it. Cut into pieces and serve.
