- Put the flour + salt + sugar in the keader and form a hole. Put the yeast in it. Add the water + milk and knead at medium spead a few minutes.
- Add the butter cut in small pieces gradually while kneading.
Leave to rest during one our at room temperature.
- Put your dough in a floured surface. Spread it with your hands and form a rectangle. Fold the dough in 3, then rotate it 90°.
- Spread the rectangle again and fold it in 3. Press well, then roll it. Put it in a buttered mold.
- Spread some egg wash on it. Try to avoid the corners so you can unmold it easily. Leave to rest during 1 hour at room temperature.
- Bake it during 35 minutes at 340°F (170°C).
- There you are, your sandwich bread is ready!

You can keep it 5-6 days if it's well wrapped
