  • Step 1 - Turkish Köfte meatball sandwiches in kebab bread
    Mix the yogurt with the juice of half a lemon, chopped fresh parsley, salt and pepper. Cut the bread in half, spread the yogurt sauce inside and fill it with grilled Köfte (about 4 balls).
  • Step 2 - Turkish Köfte meatball sandwiches in kebab bread
    Cut the pepper and red onion into strips and garnish the bread with them. You can brown the pepper strips in olive oil with salt and pepper if you prefer cooked peppers. Add a few parsley leaves and sheep's cheese (optional).

    Add some lemon juice.
