Coconut Dream Cake with Guest Chef Karla and Giveaway

Sometimes just the name of a recipe is enough to make your mouth water! Do you agree? Just hearing "coconut dream cake" always did that for me.  I wanted to make it but never planned ahead. This cake taste best if made 3 days before serving.  My friend Karla made it for me and the taste of it it was even more mouth-watering than just hearing the name!
