Ingredients:
1 pkg. spice cake mix (2-layer size)
1 can pumpkin (15 oz.)
1 c Miracle Whip (Fat-Free or Light varieties will work as well)
3 eggs
Cream cheese frosting

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set it aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat together, with an electric mixer on medium, the cake mix, pumpkin, Miracle Whip and eggs. Beat until smooth and fully blended. Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely and top with your favorite cream cheese frosting. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
