Pumpkin cider spritz, the spicy cocktail with pumpkin spice syrup!
As you know, we love the Spritz cocktail! Whether with limoncello, pomegranate or even elderflower, this aperitif can be adapted endlessly and to all seasons. Today, we offer you a version with fall and winter flavors, based on pumpkin spice syrup (which you can make at home by clicking here). A fresh, sweet and tangy cocktail perfect for the end of year celebrations!

- Mandolin
- Glass
Preparation
- Thinly slice an apple with a mandolin.
- Add a slice of apple to a glass previously placed in the freezer.
*You can also use a glass at room temperature and add ice cubes.
- Pour in the pumpkin syrup, cider and sparkling water.
- Place the cinnamon stick in the glass and mix.
- There you are, your Pumpkin Cider Spritz is ready!
Observations
Can we make an alcohol-free version of this cocktail?
Of course ! You can replace the cider with sparkling apple juice or Prosecco.
Can I replace pumpkin spice syrup?
You can replace it with vanilla syrup for example, or even replace it with Aperol (3cl) for a version that would be closer to the classic Spritz!
Can we use additional decorations to personalize the Pumpkin Spritz?
You can vary the decorations by using, for example orange zest, mint leaves, or even berries for a touch of color.
