Let's make a miraculous cocktail :-) We made an Italian pomegranate spritz and decorated it with some fresh pomegranate and mint leaves. A great idea for the holidays!
Ingredients
2
Materials
- 2 transparent Christmas baubles to be filled (8.8 oz capacity)
- 1 funnel
- 1 jigger
- 2 glasses
Preparation
Pour the Campari, pomegranate juice and prosecco into a jigger (we poured the prosecco up to about 17 oz). Stir.
Pour the mixture into the two transparent baubles using a funnel.
Put the ice cubes in the glasses.
Add the pomegranate arils and mint sprigs in the glasses.
Place the baubles on the glasses before serving.
All your guests have to do is pour the contents of the baubles into their glasses!
Observations
What if my Christmas baubles are smaller or larger?
We advise you to adjust the amount of prosecco if you want to make a smaller or larger cocktail. Be sure to check the capacity of your baubles and also of your glasses!
What can I replace the pomegranate juice with?
You can replace the pomegranate juice with cranberry juice for example and also replace the pomegranate arils with cranberries.
What to replace Campari with?
You can replace Campari with another bitter such as Aperol, Select, Cynar and even limoncello!
