Ingredients

• 1/2 c pomegranate juice
• 1/4 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/4 c white wine vinegar
• 1/2 garlic clove, grated
• 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1/4 tsp salt
• about 6 grind black pepper
