Made with Prosecco (sparkling white wine), sparkling water, and Aperol, all you need is a slice of orange to perfect this cocktail. Cheers! Ingredients

• 6cl Aperol
• 12cl Prosecco
• 3cl sparkling water
• 1 orange slice
• 5 ice cubes

Materials

• Wine glass

Preparation

• In a wine glass, place half an orange slice and the ice. Pour in the Aperol.
• Then fill with Prosecco.
  
• Add a splash of sparkling water and stir with a spoon.
• And there you have it, your Spritz is ready!
  

Observations

You can replace the sparkling water with tonic for a more bitter touch.
