A simple and fluffy bagel, just like in New York! Today, we enjoy it in Italy with a filling of ham, tomato, mozzarella, and pesto ;-) A no-cook recipe where simply assembling the ingredients will guarantee a tasty experience :-)

Cut your bagel buns in half and toast them in a toaster.
Spread some pesto on the bottom of the bagels, and arrange some fresh mozzarella slices.
Add a slice of prosciutto, a slice of tomato, and some arugula.
