Ingredients:
5 small apples
1 cup of sugar
juice from 1/2 a lemon

Preparation:
1:wash and chop the apples into quarters.Remove the core and peel.
2:Boil sugar with 5 cups of water add in apples and lower the heat cover and cook until the apples get soft.
3: Remove from heat and add in lemon juice keep covered and let cool
4: once cooled remove into bowls.If desired top with creme chantilly.
