Lechon Liempo with Liver Sauce
A crispy dinner last night with this lechon liempo (roasted pork belly) that I bought from Golden Brown Specialties. This is one of my favorite restaurant that cooks authentic and great tasting roasts of pork and chicken. The liver sauce was a perfect blend in every bite of the crunchy liempo pieces. Yummylicious!
