Easy cheesy taco cups

Ingredients

• 3/4- 1 lb ground beef, turkey, chicken
• 1/4 cup taco seasoning or 1 packet of the prepackaged kind
• 1 16.3 ounce can of refrigerated biscuits
• 3/4 cup shredded cheese of your choice
• 1 teaspoon sour cream
