This recipe is unbelevely good but simple.

Ingredients

2 tins smoked oysters
1 French baguette
about 500 g strong cheddar cheese- grated
1 heaped tea spoon English mustard
1/2 tea spoon paprika
olive oil
3 heaped Tbsp good mayonnaise
2 eggs

Cut bread in slices , drizzle with olive oil and bake until golden brown( do only one side of the bread) can be done before hand.
Mix all ingredients except the oysters can be done before hand.
Place one oyster on a slice of the baguette and cover with the cheese mixture.
Repeat until all the slices are done. When you are ready to serve, pop them under the griller and watch them.
Sprinkle with chopped herbs or dress them up a little for a show stopping treat!
