Cut the chicken fillet in half. Wash the vegetables. Peel the carrots and cut them into very thin slices.
Cut a square sheet of parchment paper. Assemble it: imagine 1/3 of the paper and place half of the carrots. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. On top, add half of the chicken. Season again and drizzle with olive oil. Finally, add a handful of broccoli, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Fold the sheet, keeping the chicken in the center, and fold the edges into triangles all around. Close it by folding the last edge well. It must be hermetically sealed.
Do the same with the second chicken and the remaining ingredients. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Remove from the oven. It's ready. Be careful when removing the parchment. Enjoy your meal!
Observations
* What vegetables? You can use potatoes, leeks, among others.
* The chicken can be substituted with fish.
