Ingredients

- Chicken drummettes - 7-8 pieces
- Chopped garlic-5 nos
- All purpose flour - 4 tablespoons
- Corn flour - 3 tablespoons
- Ginger - small piece
- Chopped green chillies-5 nos
- Finely chopped curry leaves - 2 Strands
- Pepper powder -1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red food color -a pinch
- Egg - 1
- Oil - As required
- Garam masala -1/4 teaspoon
- Green chilli sauce - 1/2 teaspoon
- Soy sauce -1/2 teaspoon
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon

Preparation

Step 1

Take the chicken drummettes in a bowl. Add the above ingredients except the oil. Mix it well.

Step 2

Set it aside for 1 hour to marinate. After an hour is up, heat oil in a wok.

Step 3

Deep fry the chicken lollipops in the hot oil.

Step 4

Drain the oil on the lollipops by placing them on clean kitchen paper napkins.

Step 5

Serve it hot with the desired sauce .
