- Wash and clean the chicken drumsticks and chicken wings.Drain the water from the pieces.
- Each chicken wings can be made into 2 lollipops,one portion closer to the shoulder and another portion away from the shoulder.
- With a paring knife,cut the tendons at the narrow end of each drumsticks. Push the meat down as far as possible without removing the meat completely,to form a round lollipop shape.
- Add chilli powder,red chilli sauce,soy sauce,turmeric powder,ginger/garlic paste,ajinomoto,coriander leaves and salt mix it well.Leave for 6 to 7 hours for marinate.
- Just before frying,make a batter. In a bowl add all purpose flour,corn flour,red chilli powder,salt and egg mix together.
- Heat the sufficient oil in a pan until oil is hot, Now dip the marinated chicken wings in the batter and deep fry in hot oil, deep fry in batches,till well cooked and crispy.
