Ingredients

• 2 lbs of prepped chicken wings(see video)
• 1 tbsp grated garlic
• 1 tbsp grated ginger
• 1 serrano pepper, seeded and chopped
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp of sriracha sauce
• 1/2 cup corn starch
• 2 eggs
• Salt
• Peanut oil

Preparation

• Beat garlic, ginger, pepper, soy sauce, sriracha, cornstarch, eggs and salt together. Add chicken wings and marinate for 2 hours. Deep fry in peanut oil.
