Marinade the chicken well and leave it to bake in the oven while you do other stuff. It was really simple and lovely.

Ingredients

Number of serving: 12
12 pieces of chicken's mid-wings

1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siew Sauce

1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce

1 tbsp water

Preparation

  • Spread the chicken on a baking tray bake in preheat oven at 160 degrees celcius for 30 mins.
  • Turn over the chicken after 15 minutes for an even bake.
