Number of serving: 2
Chicken - 200 g (boneless)

Capsicum - 1/2 (chop in square)

Onion - 1/4  (chop in square)

Butter - 3 tablespoons

For marination:

Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablepsoon

Lemon Juice - 1 tablepsoon

Redchili powder - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoons

Tandoori Masala powder - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoons (freshly crushed)

Salt - to taste


  • Clean, wash and cut chicken in medium cubes. Dice onion (separate each layer of onion) capsicum in same size, shape and keep aside.
  • Marinate chicken with all ingredients for marination 1-2 hours, the longer marination the better.
  • Heat a pan add 1 tablespoon butter, add onion and capsicum and saute until capsicum gets tender for 5 minutes in high flame do stir in between to avoid burns and keep aside.
  • Add remaining butter and cook in medium flame for 8-10minutes or until chicken become tender.
  • Add capsicum and onion and toss well and cook for 2 minutes, add little more butter if required.
