Easy Cheesy Beer Bread
A couple days ago I was in a baking mood - I know, weird! It is for me anyway, I love to cook but baking usually isn't my thing. I made some goodies for the kids and while I was at it I decided to have a go at some cheesy beer bread. It was really yummy although I only had about 1/2 cup of cheddar, it definitely would have been better with the full cup added.Ingredients: 3 cups all purpose flour Combine all ingredients except beer and butter, mix well. Slowly add beer, mix until combined, place into greased loaf pan (or two mini loaf pans like I did), pour melted butter over top and bake at 350 for about 50-55 minutes. This is a very hearty bread that I thought would be perfect to serve in the winter with stews or chili. I think it would also be great with some herbs added. I'll definitely make this again! related searches : Easy
