- Soak the bee hoon in hot water for 5 mins,rinse and drain it.
- Heat the oil and fry the onion,chilli garlic,cabbage,lettuce with chilli paste.
- Add the softened and drained noodles and swirl continuously so that the noodles become coated with the chilli paste.
- Add the sauce and salt. Continue cooking for up to 4 minutes.
- Add the bean sprouts and cook for 1-2 minutes more. If you feel spicy can squeeze bit lemon juice over it.
- Bee hoon is ready to serve now.
