Egg Curry

Ingredients: Eggs(hard boiled)- 2nosOnions(chopped)- 1noGinger paste- 2tspGarlic paste- 2tspRed chilli powder- 2tspCoriander powder- 1tspTurmeric powder- 1/2tspGaram masala powder- 1/2tspOil- 1tbspCurry leaves- fewMustard seeds- 1/2tsp Method: Heat oil in a kadai and splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves. Now fry onions till slightly brown colour.Add ginger garlic paste, add the powders and mix well till the oil begins to seperate from the masala.Now add 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil on medium flame. Stir in between.Half slit the boiled eggs vertically and add to the gravy.Cook for 10 minutes on low flame till the gravy is thickened and blended well.Turn off the fire and garnish with coriander leaves.
