Food, Inc. and Stonyfield Giveaway

Food, Inc. is coming out on DVD soon! As a way to celebrate, Stonyfield, who appears in the movie, has offered to give one winner a copy of the Food, Inc. book and and 5 free coupons for 5.3 oz cups of Oikos yogurt. Wahoo! :-D


As you know, I was a huge fan of Food, Inc. (my review), so I think everyone should see the movie (or read the book) to learn about how they can make a difference– even just by what you purchase at the grocery store. Every item you buy is a ballot cast for organic or not, healthy or not, etc. Consumers really do have power!
