Fried Chicken Fillet With Eggless Flour Batter

This was my first try of making the Fried Chicken Fillet yesterday. Yes, using an eggless flour batter. I have not done this for ages....like 12 years ago during college days, with quite similar recipe except the garlic powder ingredient part, I was using something else then. My daughter likes chicken meat very much lately, and it is good that she loves protein food, as long not over eating it.By
