Stir-Fried Taucheo Chicken with Green Chillies
Taucheo, or otherwise known as Fermented Bean Paste or Soybean Paste, is a very popular ingredient in the Asian Cuisine.
With the addition of green chillies, they give the dish a little heat as well as a punch of fragrance in the succulent chicken cubes.
Preparation

Rinse chicken strips and cut into cubes. Marinate for about an hour.

Rinse chillies. Deseed and slice them.

Heat oil and fry chicken on high heat to seal the juices. Lower heat, add mushrooms, green chillies and seasonings and stir-fry well.

Pair your Stir-Fried Taucheo Chicken with a plate of fragrant rice and vegetables, and you will have one meal settled!
