- Wash and clean chicken pieces.
- Drain water. Marinate with egg, salt, white pepper powder, soy sauce and corn four, and keep in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Heat 4 tbsp, vegetable oil in a wok and stir fry chicken till it is tender. Keep aside.
- Add the remaining 2 tbsp. vegetable oil in the wok. Sauté the chopped ginger and garlic along with oyster sauce.
- Add the chicken stock. Bring it to a boil. Add salt and sugar. Add chilli flakes and chicken pieces. Allow it to boil.
- Now add the dissolved corn flour and allow it to thicken. Make sure all the chicken pieces are nicely coated.
- Finish with srping onions, wine, vinegar and sesame oil.
