Stir-fried macaroni with ground pork recipe

Ingredients

Number of serving: 6
1 packet of macaroni

1/2 pound of ground pork

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons worth of sliced carrots (optional)

3 stalks green onions, sliced


For flavouring:

3 tablespoons light soy sauce

1 teaspoon fish sauce

Dash of sesame oil

- White pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • First, cook the macaroni (this can also work with other kinds of pasta or noodles) according to package instructions.
  • Heat about 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok until hot. Saute the garlic and green onions till fragrant.
  • Add the ground pork and stir-fry around briskly. Add the flavourings and stir-fry the ground pork until cooked.
  • Finally add the cooked pasta or noodles and stir around to mix evenly. Add more soy sauce if needed and mix well.
  • You can also just sprinkle the carrot slices on top of the macaroni after cooking according to your preference.
