Stir-fried macaroni with ground pork recipe

Preparation
- First, cook the macaroni (this can also work with other kinds of pasta or noodles) according to package instructions.
- Heat about 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok until hot. Saute the garlic and green onions till fragrant.
- Add the ground pork and stir-fry around briskly. Add the flavourings and stir-fry the ground pork until cooked.
- Finally add the cooked pasta or noodles and stir around to mix evenly. Add more soy sauce if needed and mix well.
- You can also just sprinkle the carrot slices on top of the macaroni after cooking according to your preference.
